• Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

You can change your mind in 12hours! If your item is in stock we prepare your order immediately and you will only have a limited window to amend or cancel your order.  We will confirm if your request has been successful!    

 

• How much is the shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over $50.00 and free return in 15days delivered in the United States. 

 

• What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to saltyjewelryincapecod@gmail.com. Our Team will be happy to help resolve this for you!    

 

• Can I have my order gift-wrapped with a gift receipt?

Each piece is beautifully placed in our gift box, wrap with the ribbon and then we send with paper bag. During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and we'll make sure to include a gift receipt.
 Our gift notes are printed with your special message. It will be printed exactly how it is entered, so make sure there are no errors and no emojis are used! We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it's a gift for yourself! That said, we will combine items into one box if there is no certain directions from your order case.
We're not able to accommodate shipments of additional packaging alone at this time, as there will be increased shipping fees associated.  

• Where is my order?

As soon as the shipping label for your order is created, you will receive the tracking number by email. Orders typically ship the same day the label is created.

 

• Where is my orders shipping from?

All orders are wrapped,packed and shipped from the Cape Cod, Massachussets in United States.
